Esse have developed an add on oven that is designed to fit on with your ESSE wood stove
There are two ESSE Companions to Choose from
- The +2 offers 2 x Electric Ovens with 4 x Electric Hot plates
- The 2+2 offers 2 x Electric Ovens with 2 x Gas Hot plates
The +2 electric module adds 4 oven cooking capability, a state of the art glassceramic hob and a powerful electric grill to any ESSE.
These models are the perfect companion to these units - ESSE 900WD - ESSE 900WN - ESSE 900W35 - ESSE IRONHEART ON BASE ESSE
The +2 offers generous pan handling capability with the option to overlap pans.
Add this to ESSE's trademark dog-bone hotplate and you could, if required, boil / simmer up to ten pans simultaneously.
When not in use the cooktop doubles as a useful and hygienic work surface.
A combination of visual and audible indications lead you through the operation programme which is easy to understand and safe to use.
