We will put you in touch with your closest retail store
What do the transport do?
Understanding that some of our items weigh up to 450Kg - you will need to be able to handle the delivery on your end
For the larger items - we can arrange for them to be delivered to a transport Company Depo close to you for you to collect with a trailer
For the smaller items - IPEC or TNT offer delivery to your door
What about Warranty?
Pivot has arranged with the manufactures of the heaters a internationally covered Warranty.
We can arrange any warranty to be covered anywhere within New Nealand
Do you reply to emails?
All emails are replied - we try to offer same day responses, but otherwise - you email will be replyed to within 24hours

I dont know what I have - How can I identify my product?
We receive many emails with photos of the product you are trying to repair or replace - these emails are greatly accepted

What is your return Policy?
Pivots return rate is .01%. Pivot prides ourselves in supplying the right product to you in the first place
Goods returned MUST be in the original packaging and MUST not of been used.
We offer Monies back 7day from date of invoice.
Custom made goods to your requirements will occur a handling fee
