Warranty

Pivot has arranged with the manufactures of our products  : a nationally covered Warranty.

Warranty covers product issues and does not cover any installation issues

Returns

Pivot will happily refund if the goods are in original packaging - all returns will occur re-stocking fee of 20%.

• Goods returned MUST be in the original packaging and MUST not have been used.
• If goods require to be re-packed - an additional fee will be applied
• Custom made goods are non returnable
• Goods need to be returned back to our Auckland warehouse at owners cost

These fees may be reduced or waived at the discretion of the manager depending on the product/s ordered and the length of time with which the layby has been held at the time of cancellation

Pivots return rate is .01%.
